Spaghetti Squash

  • 1 Spaghetti Squash
  • 3 tbsp olive oi
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  1. Preheat oven 375 degrees

  2. Put spaghetti squash (whole) in a casserole dish and put in heated oven

  3. Cook for 45 minutes or until a fork goes through the skin easily

  4. Let cool for about 15 minutes (when you can handle it)

  5. Cut open the squash from base to tip

    Scoop out all the seeds and soft tissue from the middle and discard

  6. With a fork, scrape out the "spaghetti" squash and throw out shell

  7. In a frying pan heat oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and heat for 2 minutes

  8. Add Spaghetti squash to the oil and garlic, add salt & pepper to taste and toss together until heated through

Enjoy this as a side dish or a healthy main meal.
