Roasted Brussel Sprouts
- Brussel Sprouts
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil (more depending on the amount of brussel sprouts)
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup (use good quality organic )
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Wash Brussel Sprouts and cut in half if large

In a bowl toss the Brussel Sprouts, chopped Onions, Olive Oil, Maple Syrup and Salt & Pepper until well coated

Lay ingredients on a parchment lined baking sheet

Bake for 30-45 minutes, check regularly and turn over mid way of cooking. They should be browned and a little crispy
