Brussel Sprouts

 

Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  • Brussel Sprouts
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil (more depending on the amount of brussel sprouts)
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup (use good quality organic )
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

  2. Wash Brussel Sprouts and cut in half if large

  3. In a bowl toss the Brussel Sprouts, chopped Onions, Olive Oil, Maple Syrup and Salt & Pepper until well coated

  4. Lay ingredients on a parchment lined baking sheet

  5. Bake for 30-45 minutes, check regularly and turn over mid way of cooking. They should be browned and a little crispy
