Recipes

All my recipes are dairy, gluten, egg, corn and soy free! They are easy to make and made with healthy alternatives. Always think of food as medicine, it is that important.  Use whole foods and organic whenever possible. I have a family of five and have to take their needs into consideration, so I prepare not only food for people that are healing, but comfort food for the whole family.

I don’t put an article with my recipes, I want you to be able to get to them whenever you need them.  Leave a comment or picture if you like, or dislike them. Always remember to be thankful for the healthy food you eat. Enjoy!
