Grilled Chicken
A healthy and easy weekday meal
- 8 pieces Chicken cutlet, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Coconut Aminos
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp grated ginger

For the marinate: Mix the oil, aminos, garlic, honey and ginger in a bowl

Put the chicken in a large plastic bag and add the marinade

Marinade for 1 hour, or up to overnight if you can

Remove the Chicken from the marinade and grill until no longer pink inside, about 5 minutes on each side
In the winter I brown my chicken quickly in a pan and then finish cooking in the oven on a baking dish at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes
Add some nice cauliflower rice and broccoli for a healthy dinner. This marinade can be used on steak and fish.
