Grilled Chicken

A healthy and easy weekday meal

  • 8 pieces Chicken cutlet, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  1. For the marinate: Mix the oil, aminos, garlic, honey and ginger in a bowl

  2. Put the chicken in a large plastic bag and add the marinade

  3. Marinade for 1 hour, or up to overnight if you can

  4. Remove the Chicken from the marinade and grill until no longer pink inside, about 5 minutes on each side

    In the winter I brown my chicken quickly in a pan and then finish cooking in the oven on a baking dish at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes

Add some nice cauliflower rice and broccoli for a healthy dinner.  This marinade can be used on steak and fish.
