Arugula & Pear Salad
Healthy Salad
- 4 cups Arugula (washed)
- 1 Pear, thinly sliced (Bosc or Anjou)
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil (extra virgin)
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tbsp Raw Honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp sea salt & pepper (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup walnuts (optional)

Toss Arugula and Pear together

Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, honey and mustard, salt & pepper and drizzle over salad

Add walnuts if using
This salad is packed with nutrients and the pear and arugula is an excellent combination for your thyroid health.
